GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below regarding refunds. By purchasing an extension/software from BinaryPlates, you explicitly agree to adhere to this refund policy.

DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE REFUND POLICY

The products available for purchase on our website are downloadable and come with fully functional source code. Each product offers an online demo for evaluation before purchase. If a product lacks a demo, additional resources such as image previews and video materials are provided to aid in understanding its functionality.

  1. Prior to purchasing a license,make sure to check out the FAQ page and try out the online demo to ensure that our product meets your requirements. For modules without a demo, carefully review the specification page. For further inquiries, please contact us before making a purchase.
  2. Upon successful payment clearance, you will receive an invoice via email. BlazorPlate can be downloaded immediately through your browser post-payment. Additionally, you can access the source code from our GitHub repository at any time after purchase. An invitation link to our GitHub repo will be sent to the email address used during purchase.
  3. Post-purchase, our technical support staff is available to assist with inquiries. Reach out to our technical support staff via support@blazorplate.net.
  4. Should you encounter an issue significantly impacting your software experience, please submit a support ticket via email to support@blazorplate.net describing the issue for resolution assistance.
  5. We may require a specific level of access to diagnose and rectify reported issues. However, customer data security and privacy will be respected. Access requirements may include admin UI access and/or backend source code access. Customers are entitled to request from us: a static IP address or the use of a VPN server before sharing any sensitive data.
  6. Payments made for bespoke customizations of our modules are non-refundable.
  7. If a customer accidentally makes subsequent purchases of the same product using the exact same email address used for the initial purchase, the previous purchases become eligible for a refund.
  8. In exceptional cases, it is within our discretion to offer replacement of inadvertently purchased products with alternatives available in our store. However, the substituted product selected thereafter shall be deemed non-refundable.
  9. No refunds shall be given on grounds of" we changed our mind". Customers must provide evidence of major product malfunction and assist in issue diagnosis before requesting a refund. Refunds cannot be requested based solely on a change of mind.
  10. Refunds cannot be requested solely based on a code quality review. While utmost efforts are made to ensure software quality and compatibility with prevailing platforms, customers are expected to acknowledge and accept our coding practices.
